Beginner Workouts | Week 4
You made it to the final week of the Beginner Challenge, way to go! We're SO proud! Push through this final week and you will can say that you are no longer a BodyRock Beginner but a fully fledged BodyRocker! Hopefully you are now seasoned enough to be able to go with this workout for 5 days and then rest for 2 days, but keep modifying if you need to!
What's happening tomorrow?
You'll do this one again tomorrow if you are able to, or you can take a rest day depending on your level. This workout stays the same for the week, but you can increase repetitions and reduce modifications as you get stronger! Once you're done this week you'll have completed the challenge!
