We already know the benefits of exercise. It increases the production of hormones that regulate our brain’s response to stressors, but studies from the University of Maryland have just discovered that the relaxed attitude continues for 60 minutes after working out. That’s right: 30 minutes of moderate exercise before or after your commute to or from work could be just the ticket to avoiding a nasty bout of road rage.
