Molasses is one of those foods you can't help but love. Any time I eat molasses, it reminds me of the days of my childhood when we would snack on molasses toast.  Thankfully, it's not just delicious, but supremely nutritious as well! A single tablespoon of blackstrap molasses (a darker, richer, aged version of molasses) contains 172 milligrams of calcium, roughly 17% of your Daily Value.
