On December 12th Beyonce did a surprise drop of her new self entitled album as an iTunes exclusive. It shocked fans and the industry alike. Beyonce said in an interview about the album, "I didn’t want to release my music the way I’ve done it,” she said. “I am bored with that. I feel like I am able to speak directly to my fans. There’s so much that gets between the music, the artist and the fans. I felt like I didn’t want anybody to give the message when my record is coming out. I just want this to come out when it’s ready and from me to my fans.” While the music and videos made fans dizzy with glee the old gossip mill was agog with her svelte waist and lovely physique. Although, to be honest, who isn't? On top of producing an album with 14 tracks and 14 accompanying videos along with bonus video content, she's also a mother and wife. It's hard to imagine that Beyonce even has the time to workout considering the level of her success but it turns out she's Hiiting as well. A BodyRocker who was front row at Beyonce's recent show in December at the ACC in New York City just wrote to tell BodyRock that during a segway in the performance Beyoncé said "I've been getting my BodyRock.Tv on" while grinding her hips. As it turns out, BodyRocking and a heck of a lot of dancing is great for the body. What I really want to know is where does she find the time? And since she obviously does find the time to be active, where's everyone else's excuse?
