Beyonce - her body is the envy of many women. Her curves, her radiant skin. But Bey has struggled (like many women under the spotlight) with finding a fitness and diet regime that fits her needs. "I am not naturally the thinnest woman. I have curves. I have struggled with diets and finding something that works for me." she tells Good Morning America. B's most recent solution is a vegan, plant-centric diet which eliminates all processed foods and focusing on what comes from the Earth. The plan is called 22 Days Nutrition and it was created by trainer Marco Borges. Beyonce has the products delivered to her home, including non-soy, non-GMO quinoa bars and meals prepared with organic fruits, veggies and legumes. The singer explained that her skin has been much tighter and more firm since starting her vegan based diet nearly 2 years ago. It's no doubt the 33 year old mama of one does look ageless and glowing! “I felt like my skin was really firm, a lot tighter than when I deprived myself of food, and the weight stayed off.” B said, recalling her more restrictive dieting past.
