Bikini Ready #2: Cardio Kick Burnout

As a group ex instructor, one of my favorite classes to teach is cardio kickboxing. No equipment needed and you can get an AMAZING workout and feel empowered and strong!  Before I got my certification in kickboxing, I trained at a boxing/kickboxing gym and got in the best shape ever just before my wedding! I swear to this day, it's one of the best workouts to build lean muscle and cardiovascular strength and endurance. I designed the workout below as I would one of my classes. Whether you are on a heavy bag or just shadow boxing, you can get a great workout with the below moves. ALWAYS focus on engaging the core with each upper and lower body movement. I tried to make the movements within each exercise to be a quick transitioning movement from standing to floor work, or upper to lower body involvement. I demonstrate the movements below in this 'realtime' cardio kick workout. Set your interval timers to 10 seconds rest, 1minute of work. Set it for 8 rounds, for the 8 exercises. After you have completed the 8 exercises, REST and then REPEAT. Hydrate as needed. Take breaks when needed. Challenge yourself! Being 8 weeks postpartum, I have modified my movement when needed. Do the same. Engage your core throughout and HAVE FUN!!!  


1) 8 Jab/Cross + 4 Ski Abs

2) 4 Jump Squats + 4 Kick Reverse Lunge

3) 4 Hooks + 8 Mountain Climbers

4) 8 High Knees + 8 Alternating Front Kicks

5) 8 Uppercuts + 4 Falling Push ups

6) 4 Bob/Weaves + 4 Count Low Pulsing Squat

7) 4 Count Eccentric Push up + 1 count Up

8) 4 Count switch jumps + 4 Power Knees

We ship within Canada and the United States via FedEx with expedited 2-Day shipping.

For locations outside of the US and Canada, we ship using FedEx International, which is usually in transit for 5-7 business days, depending on location.

We offer a 30-day return policy, as long as: it is not more than 30 days past the date of delivery; and your item is in its original condition and packaging with the original order number. Refunds will be issued when the equipment is received back to the BodyRock warehouse, minus the original cost of shipping, and the customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping. To request a refund on physical product purchases, please contact us.

Digital Products

We cannot issue refunds on digital goods such as e-books or videos, as these are non-tangible goods that are irrevocable once the order is placed.
