Bleacher or Stairwell Tabata

If you have access to bleachers or a tall stairway then this is an excellent workout to get your heart rate up and burn fat.

1. Run up the stairs at a moderate pace

2. Walk back down

3. Slow, turn sideways and step right over left

4. Walk back down

5. Slow, turn sideways and step left over right

6. Walk back down

7. Jump with both feet together to the top

8. Walk back down

Repeat the circuit 5 times through and note your time.  Try this circuit weekly and see if you can beat your time.  If you like, leave your time in the comments to see where you stack up!  My current time is 16:35. Round 1 is below so you can see how to perform the circuit.
