Bleacher Workout #1

Well the weather in Arizona is starting to heat up (Yes I’m sorry for all of those in 1 degree weather) I’ll be with you shortly as I’m planning my move to the East Coast – crazy I know! So though it might not be an ideal workout for most of you out there still digging out snow – I thought I’d share my bleacher workout that you could save for a sunny day! -       5 bleachers (up and down is 1) -       10 (each leg) step ups with kick back -       25 pop squats Repeat x3 -       20 (each leg) walking lunges -       50 air squats -       10 bench jumps Repeat x3 -       1 full length bleachers core work: -       in and outs x 50 -       Russian twist x 50   #1
