It is super simple and easy to make. Mind blown. Blueberry Protein Fluff Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Vanilla, Banana, or Strawberry Whey Protein Powder
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 cup Frozen Blueberries
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and blend until smooth, frozen mixture has been created.
- Using an electric whisk, whisk mix for 5-8 minutes until it gains volume.
- Eat immediately.
