Blueberry Protein Fluff Recipe

I was in the mood for something sweet yet light & fluffy and so I went to looking around for the perfect recipe that wouldn't tip the scale. I found this amazing protein fluff recipe on BodyBuilding.com! It is a low calorie, high protein snack that tastes like a very marshmellowy ice cream. Drool. Try it for yourself! It is super simple and easy to make. Mind blown.   Blueberry Protein Fluff   Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup Vanilla, Banana, or Strawberry Whey Protein Powder
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Frozen Blueberries
Directions
  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and blend until smooth, frozen mixture has been created.
  2. Using an electric whisk, whisk mix for 5-8 minutes until it gains volume.
  3. Eat immediately.
