Hi BodyRockers,
Today we have a completely new workout for you – a 250 Rep time challenge.
I wore my Bodyrock Vest throughout the whole workout & it took me to the MAX.

Workout BreakDown: Set your Interval Timers to a Stopwatch. Beginners / Intermediates - Complete 2 rounds of this circuit as fast as possible & post your times below. Advanced BodyRockers - Complete 4 rounds of the circuit with max weight & post your times below.1. Switch Lunge - 25 Reps Total
2. Half Burpee - 25 Reps Total
3. Sandbag Squat - 25 Reps Total - using the Sandbag
4. V Abs on Equalizer - 25 Total - using the Equalizer
5. Sandbag Swing - 25 Total - using the Sandbag
