Today we are bringing you a 300 Rep Challenge. Write down your time and reps below and aim to beat it next time. I wore my BodyRock Vest throughout the workout.

Beginners / Intermediate BodyRockers - Complete 1 round of the following exercises.

Advanced BodyRockers - Push for 2 rounds at max weight & effort.

Workout BreakDown:
Set your Interval Timers to a Stopwatch. Complete 1 rounds of the circuit with max weight & post your times below.
1. Lunge & front Kick - (15 Each Side) - using the HIIT Bar
2. 30 Side Push Up & Jumps - (15 Each Side)
3. 30 Squat & Press - using the HIIT Bar
4. Divebombers - 30 Reps Total
5. Burpee Tuck Jump - 30 Reps Total
6. 30 One Leg Pogo - (15 Each Side) - using the HIIT Bar
7. 30 Overhead Ab Chopper - (15 Each Side) - using the HIIT Bar
8. Elevated Push-ups - 30 Reps Total
9. Tuck Abs - 30 Reps Total - using the Equalizer
