BodyRock 450 Leg Rep Challenge

Hi BodyRockers,

Today we are bringing you a total body fat burning 450 Rep Challenge.
 .
I wore my BodyRock Vest throughout the workout. For all of you seasoned BodyRockers out there – push it to the limit and do all 450 reps. For new Rockers, give it your max effort and try for as many reps as possible.
If you need to cut this workout in half. As long as it feels intense for you and you are pushing at your honest max effort then feel proud of yourself, write down your time and reps and aim to beat it next time.

Workout BreakDown:

Set your Interval Timers to a Stopwatch. Complete 3 rounds of the circuit with max weight & post your times below.

1. Burpee Jump Lunge - 25 Total - L & R Alternate Lunge

2. Ab Chopper - 25 Total L & R  - using the HIIT Bar

3. 123 Sump Jumps (Pulse for 3 then jump) - 25 Total - using the Equalizer

4. Reverse Push-ups - 25 Total - using the Equalizer

5. Tricep Dips & V Abs  - 25 Total - using the Equalizer

6. Bosu Jump Overs - 25 Total L & R - using the Bosu
