Set your Interval Timers to a Stopwatch. Complete 3 round of the circuit with max weight & post your times below.
1. 20 Burpee & Push-up - using my BodyRock Vest
2. 20 Star Burpee - using my BodyRock Vest
3. 30 x 1 Arm Burpee - 15 Each Side - using my BodyRock Vest
4. 30 Side Burpee - 15 Each Side - using my BodyRock Vest
5. 30 x 1 leg Burpee - 15 Each Side - using my BodyRock Vest
