Today we are working on our Arms & Chest so we can give our legs a much needed break.
Don’t be afraid of using some weight & as always go hard until the beep sounds.

Set Your Interval Timers to 50 Seconds Work with a 10 Second Rest. Complete the following circuit 3 x through. Complete as many rep’s of the following exercise’s before the 50 seconds is up.
