Hello Everyone, Day Two is Here !!! How did you do with Legs & Ass & Thighs Yesterday ? Did you make three rounds ? Today we are working on our Arms & Chest so we can give our legs a much needed break. Don’t be afraid of using some weight & as always go hard until the beep sounds. Today I will be using my BodyRock Blocks Screen Shot 2015-05-24 at 6.01.00 PM .Workout Breakdown: Set Your Interval Timers to 50 Seconds Work with a 10 Second Rest. Complete the following circuit 3 x through. Complete as many rep’s of the following exercise’s before the 50 seconds is up. 1. Chest Press & Tricep 2. Single Right Arm Chest Press 3. Single Left Arm Chest Press 4. Double Arm Bicep Curl 5. High Shoulder Row 6. Tricep Dips 7. One Leg Push Ups 8. Clean & Press
