I really need you to work on each move keeping good form & try to lift some weight that will push you, you can always lower it if you need to. Today I used what I had. Workout Breakdown: Set Your Interval Timers to 50 Seconds work with a 10 Second Rest. Complete the following workout 4 x through. . 1. Left Arm Row 2. Right Arm Row 3. L – Front, Side Lift – Left & Right Alternate 4. Straight Punches 5. Reverse Push-Up’s 6. Push-Up & Row, Burpee, Clean & Press
