BodyRock DailyHiit #9 – Tight Ass Rep Challenge

Hi BodyRockers, Today I am doing short intense challenge just to get you moving. I did 100 reps of Sandbag Swing. The sandbag swing is a killer workout that will have your core and butt aching for days. This exercise will also target’s your inner thighs and your core muscles.

- I just did it and it took me 4 minutes and 2 seconds.
