BodyRock Elevate – Day 36 – Partner HIIT Workout

Hi BodyRockers,

Welcome to BodyRock Elevate. These are short sharp workouts guaranteed to build lean muscle and burn fat fast.

Turn fitness time into quality time: help a loved one or good friend stay healthy and fit, too. Today's workout consists of easy partner exercises with a free weight. It's a fun way for both of you to shed pounds. Motivate yourselves and go until failure!

For each workout, go as heavy as you can & push as hard as you can through each round until the final BEEP.

Workout Breakdown:

Set your interval timers to 50 seconds work & 10 seconds rest. Complete the following circuit 3x through.

  1. Side Twist Throw - Left
  2. Side Twist Throw - Right
  3. Back Circle - Left
  4. Back Circle - Right
