BodyRock Elevate – Day 5 – Legs & Abs

Hi BodyRockers, Welcome to BodyRock Elevate. These are short sharp workout guaranteed to build lean muscle and burn fat fast.

It's ab and leg day! Are you ready for this?! Chisel your core and get flat abs with these leg and arm exercises.

Today's Motivation: Rejections, embarrassments, accidents, many negative external events can affect our lives. Sometimes events like these can take us off our paths and make our lives difficult.  What are you going to do about it? As a general rule, we know when we’re done. No communication, no joy, no laughter, no physical contact, no love…no need to really explain further, right? What is holding you back?  Whatever you answer, it will in many cases boil down to fear in some form. Many times, especially if you live a life where you have the possibility to reading these words, fear is just a big obstacle in your path.  It drains our ambition, denies us power, and strangles our ability to overcome the challenges we face in our personal and professional lives. When we let fear control us, we are destined to fail. When we control our fear and channel that energy in productive ways, we win.  

But what can you do about fear? How can you overcome it? Some become angry very easily, or sad, or dejected. We let other people bring us down. If you go into an internal dialogue with yourself and start asking questions look at what your intuition tells you is the ‘right’ decision for you.  Forget about all the "What If's" what is your gut telling you?  

Listen to your intuition, it knows what it’s talking about. Intuition is very subtle, which is exactly what makes it so easy to miss and overlook. It can come as a feeling in the gut.  Just as frequently, it’s quiet like a whisper, or a butterfly that touches down ever so lightly in our consciousness. For each workout, go as heavy as you can & push as hard as you can through each round until the final BEEP.

Workout Breakdown:

Set your Interval Timers to 50 seconds work & 10 seconds rest. Complete the following circuit 3x through.
