Hi BodyRockers, Today we have another super high intensity workout that will skyrocket your metabolism and help you shape up your body. This workout left Karim feeling really wiped out. One thing that I love about these routines is the after glow that they give you. I always just seem to radiate energy and this sort of calm happiness right after - it's the best free therapy for whatever has you stressed out.
