Kristin is up today ! Today's workout is super brutal as always - I'm sure you guys are going to love it. Seriously though, it's an amazing burn, and it will leave you soaked in sweat and feeling more alive than when you started. We wanted to say thanks for all the pictures, recipes, ideas and suggestions that you guys have been sharing with us throughout this challenge. We have gotten some great ideas from all of your comments, so please keep them coming. Enjoy your workout and let me know how you guys did. I made sure to post my times and scores for this one below so that we could get a little friendly competition going here. Fix it in your mind that by this summer you will be in the best shape you have ever been in. I don't care if you are 16, 26, 43 or 78. It's your time right now because you are the lucky one that is here. Life is a gift and let's enjoy it by being the strongest, most healthy and fit versions of ourselves as possible. All you need is to free your spirit and push beyond what you imagined was possible for yourself. All of us BodyRockers are connected, and we all support each other. None of us are alone in this challenge, and each of us has the chance to achieve our goals. My goal is that we all arrive in June feeling more confident about ourselves, feeling stronger and happier being who we are.
