BodyRock Fat Burn Challenge | Day 3
Hi BodyRockers,
Day Three is Here.
It’s all about the Core & Cardio Today. I want you to really concentrate on Squeezing your abs as tightly as possible, and concentrate on each exercise so you really get the benefit of each move.
We have Two Workouts for you Today. There’s a Awesome 12 Minute Ab workout from Lisa-Marie & Kristin will be waiting for you in the Plus Section to Smash out a Leg Bonus to help you reach your goals even faster.
How will you do today's workout ? Maybe add it to another HIIT Workout ? Maybe go twice through for a killer Fat Burn ? If you are super advanced, Will you add another Cardio exercise in place of Skipping ?
