Workout BreakDown:
Set your Interval Timers to 30 second work with a 10 second rest. Complete 3 round of the circuit with max weight & post your reps below.
1. Half Burpee - Left, Right, Middle,
2. Around the World - using the HIIT Bar
3. Reverse Pull Ups - using the Equalizer
4. Tricep Dips & Knee Lift - using the Equalizer
5. Bent-over Row & Leg Lifts - using the HIIT Bar
6. Squat & Press, Lunge & Press - L&R Alternate Legs - using the HIIT Bar
