Set your Interval Timers to 30 second work with a 10 second rest. Complete 3 round of the circuit with max weight & post your reps below.

1. Walking Push Ups x2, 10 Mountain Climbers - Stand & Repeat

2. Reverse Pull-Ups - using the Equalizer

3. Push Up & Side Twist - L&R Alternate

4. Bicycle Abs

5. Tricep Push Up & Knee In - using the Equalizer

6. Squat & Press - using the HIIT Bar

7. Ski Abs
