Workout BreakDown:
Set your Interval Timers to 50 second work with a 10 second rest. Complete 3 round of the circuit with max weight & post your reps below.
1. Squat & Press - using the HIIT Bar
2. Reverse Pull-Ups - Alternate Straight Legs - L&R Alternate - using the Equalizer
3. Touch Downs
4. Rows - using the HIIT Bar
