Freddy HIITMAX Workout 18 : . Set your Interval Timers to 40 seconds on and a 10 second rest if you are completing this without the video. Couplet 3:  . Cardio - Bosu Jump Overs  (Twice Through) . 1. Clean & Press & Squat & Press 2. Elevated Push & Knee Tuck - L & R Alternate *One Round Skip*
