Todays Motivation:

A lot of you guys show up here for the workouts, and haven't yet connected with the community. We want to encourage you to take the next step and get involved with the amazing group from all over the world that are 'BodyRockers'. It costs nothing - there are no forms to fill out lol - it's just about connecting in a safe place with a bunch of people who all train together and support each other. There are people sharing tips, recipes and before and after pictures.

There are lots of daily 'high five' pictures that people send in when they complete the workouts, and there are tones of laughs and smiles. It feels good to be part of something that is so uniquely positive, and it helps keep us ALL on track and pushing forward. None of any of this could exist for a heart beat without you guys, and joining in or even just finding your own inspiration from all of the other powerful women (and men) out there will help you keep going when life threatens to get in the way of your training. This amazing sense of connection with all of you is what keeps us going to show up each day with an awesome free workout that we share.

Community is so important to us that it's where we get our hosts! Did you know that once upon a time Lisa was just like you watching from home? She was a BodyRocker and then made the jump to host. Many of you may know BodyRocker Kelsey from Lisa's Facebook page - she will be joining us shortly in the BodyRock living room to shoot a new series of workouts.

That's how it works here. Every host has come from the community. Everyone has a real life and gets what it's like to balance work, kids, family and all of the other commitments that a full life challenges us with.

There are no "celebrities" or "fitness personalities" here - just real workouts, by real people that deliver real results.
