BodyRock HiitMax I Workout 36 - Arms & Upper Body - Strength Week
Hay BodyRockers, It's a brand new week awesome week in the BodyRock House. This week we are doing something very different. We are going into the Strength Zone. So I want you to think heavy as possible ok ? Stay with this week and Go HEAVY !! The Cal burns wont be as much but the fat burn & after burn from using more weight will be. By Friday I promise you you will be screaming at the TV screen - I was swearing at myself while filming. I can honestly say washing my hair, lifting my arms or any kind of sitting, walking, or just generally moving around is an issue for me today after filming this realtime yesterday. Fridays Burnout will be such a high for you to finish on and then you will probably spend most of saturday cursing me lol.

Today's Motivation:Motivation: Potential. We all have it. We all have within us the ability to do and be and achieve. Every single day our workout time together is an opportunity for us to emerge out of our comfort bubbles and prove to ourselves that we can take our potential from a place of "what ifs" and "could have beens" into our lives as an act of deliberate achievement. If you want your life to be amazing you have to crawl out of your lazy, safe, warm, easy slumber that most people call living and start acting like someone that is here to play the game. See, you don't just get to be great. Not all of us are special. If want it, you have to work and strive and show up in your own life. You might feel accustom to people telling you how great you are but around here you only get to be great by putting in the effort. I don't care what your abs look like on Instagram. That doesn't make you anything in our books. Respect is earned. Give us your 100% - show us that you tried harder in the 12 minutes of this workout than you've tried at anything in your life and you will have earned the respect to call your effort "great". No one can bullshit that effort. It rings in your heart and stirs in your soul when you give it your all, and then something else happens. You want it again. Once you cross that threshold and bask in the feeling of being alive and the sense of accomplishment that floods through your being, it's impossible to accept mediocrity any longer. So be great. We dare you. And then go wake someone else up and be great together. .
