. keep track of your progress.. Todays Motivation: Where do you get the energy? How do you keep motivated? What keeps you going? These are all common enough questions for people looking in at our workout community. Marketers take advantage of these questions by selling us 'the secret' to getting lean. By now we should all know that there are no secrets to fitness. But we keep buying solutions because we all 'secretly' hope the next book, gizmo or DVD will come packaged with the energy we seem to lack when it actually comes to working out. What we've discovered in the 5 years since we started BodyRock.Tv is the energy to train consistently is the same force that powers every other area of our lives when we are faced with obstacles and challenges. The magical source of this energy is 'emotion' and BodyRocking is the filter that turns emotion - either positive or negative into power. Electricity is neutral. It will light up an orphanage or a whorehouse. Your emotions are similar - no matter where they fall in the spectrum of human experience they can light up your goals and power your efforts or they can sit untapped and wasted. It doesn't really matter if you channel lust, love, rage or hatred - all of it can be harnessed to motivate you to keep going. The negative emotions that tend to burn the hottest can propel you for short bursts, and filtering anger and resentment through a kick ass workout will leave you refreshed and reset. It's why any therapist worth their salt will recommend exercise for dealing with extreme emotions. So take a look at how you are feeling. Who are you angry with? Who are you deeply attracted to? Who lights a fire under your ass? What pisses you off or makes you sad? Take all of that and express it through every rep of your training. If you exhaust your anger move on to jealously. Work it all through. Squeeze it all out so that when the final beep sounds you've pushed it all into your workout. If it helps, keep a little 'emotional cheat sheet' next to your workout breakdown. BodyRocking might just be the most rewarding therapy you don't have to pay for. Remember - everything you need is already inside yourself and your emotions are like a fusion reactor you can hot-wire up to your goals. Enjoy your training! Freddy HIITMAX Workout 44 : .
