BodyRock Lean - Workout #5: Full Body

Hi BodyRockers,

Happy Friday! What a week?! Hopefully you pushed yourself to your limits because I know I did! I can feel it everywhere and am looking forward to stretching and enjoying my active rest weekend. Today I wanted to express my appreciation to everyone that took part in BodyRock Lean with me this week! Whether or not you loved it, or hated it, I appreciate that you took the time to try! Let me say, it was not easy for me to step up in front of the world for the first time. There are some pretty amazing people that have conducted workouts in the BodyRock living room, so I am beyond grateful to be a part of this whole experience! So I want to leave you with this message of encouragement. No matter how scary something may be, or what people will say or think of you, stay true to yourself and be confident in your decisions & what you do! Trying is the first step to improvement! We stay driven, we keep focused, and when we fall, we dust ourselves off and try again! We are BodyRockers! :)

Set Your Interval Timers to 50 seconds work and 10 seconds rest, complete the following workout 2 x through.

. 1. Wide Leg Hops x4, Hold Low, Bicep Curl x4 2. Round the World, Narrow Squat, Tricep Kickbacks 3. Burpee Pushups 4. Squats (Heavy) 5. Reverse Curl, Low Pulse x3 6. 1 Arm ½ Burpee x3 (L/R)
