I want to dedicate today's workout to all of the #MommyRockers out there! Being a parent is one of the world's toughest jobs. Trust me....I have "those days" too. The days where you are just so exhausted and worn out from trying to keep up with the little ones that working out is the furthest thing on your mind. BUT you dress up, you show up, and you don't give up!! The fact that you are making time for yourself AND setting a good example of fitness for your little ones is beyond awesome! Children learn by example and it sure is cute when they want to join in, right?! How can that not make you smile!! :) So HIGH FIVE moms (& dads) for making fitness part of your lifestyle!! Workout #7: Arms & Glutes
Set Your Interval Timers to 30 seconds work and 10 seconds rest, complete the following workout 3 x through.
. 1. Good Morning w/Tricep Kickback 2. Full Squat, ½ Squat, Hop 3. Upright Row x2, Pogo L 4. Bicep Curl x2, Pogo R 5. Shoulder Press x2, 2 Jacks 6. ½ Burpee, Push up, Bentover Row
