Hump day. Slump day. Not here!! As Lisa says, "We don't do hump days, we do awesome days!" Why? Because we ARE awesome! Each and every one of us! Even if you don't believe it, I do. Everybody is unique and different and it is our differences that make us special! Today I want to encourage each of you to think about how you view yourself. Instead of focusing on things you don't like about yourself or things you wish were different, I want you to refocus those thoughts into something positive. For years, I used to tell myself that my legs were "too big." I hated them. One day I decided, you know what, who cares if my legs are "big", my legs are strong! It didn't matter to me anymore. I changed my perspective, my mindset and appreciated the fact that without the legs that I have, I wouldn't be able to run or train the way I like to train. My legs aren't big, they're great, and I can do some pretty awesome things with them! So join me for a minute...get your mind right...take that positive thought and use all of your awesomeness to make today ROCK!

Set Your Interval Timers to 30 seconds work and 10 seconds rest, complete the following workout 3 x through.
. 1. Tricep Pushup off Box 2. 4 Squat Jacks, Burpee, Pushup 3. Box Taps 4. Plank Shoulder Taps 5. Box Jumps 6. Suitcase Crunch (Feet on Box)
