I have been off and on body rocking for a few years and I love it. I love the HIIT workouts, videos, motivational quotes, and recipes but LIFE got in the way.
I have been under a ton of stress in all aspects of my life and in that time I began to put myself last on my priority list. Putting myself last with everything else going on took a toll on my health, both emotionally and physically. One day I was looking through my previous emails and I stumbled upon a folder of DAILY HIITS. I signed up a year ago to receive a workout video to my email everyday for 30 days, it was the 30 day challenge with Rita and Melissa. I decided that day that I was going to do all 30 days and commit body, mind, and soul to sticking with the challenge both in workouts and in eating clean. I did all 30 days (twice through everyday) and ate clean.  Here are my results from Jan 8th to Feb 8th. I am down 11lbs, 2 pants sizes, 1 dress size but above that, I feel so healthy and energetic. It was not easy, whatsoever, I had to say no to a lot of things I would have done before (eating unhealthy, parking as close as possible, sleeping in instead of working out, etc). I also kept in mind the 80/20 rule. Most of the time eat clean and workout, but not deprive myself.

I am not stopping here. I am going to keep pushing play everyday and see where it takes me.
Thank you body rock for assisting me in getting back in shape and feeling healthy. I would love to be involved in more 30 day challenges or anything like them...
