Inspirational BodyRocker: Theresa Dear Bodyrock-team, I have been following your posts for about 2 years now, but I waited till 1 year ago to start training with my own bodyweight in the form of calisthenics and adding your exercises into my workout. In august 2014, I also started eating healthier, by adding more fruits to my diet and drinking more (JUST water). I also stopped eating candy. And finally, after 5 months of intense training (5-6 times a week, with few results) I started seeing RESULTS! Since august, I lost more than 5kg (≈11 lbs), which means one size, in a healthy way. I'm happier and fitter than ever and I love your motivation pics and your daily tips for a healthier lifestyle! My journey has just begun!
