Wanted to share my story. In Oct 2011 I weighed 393 lbs. today I weigh 155. I went from a 5X to a medium. I had gastric bypass in 2003, I was 343 I lost 115 lbs. I did NOT change me eating habits or exercise. 2 pregnancies and bad judgment I gained it all back and then some. I stared eating less after I lost the 1st 50lbs I started working out. Found clean eating and circuit training and was on the right path quick. I work out 5-6 times a week. Your page gives me new ideas to maintain my weight. I am a size 8 and thrilled.
