Hellou my fav workout program:) i wanted to share with u my after c section body achievment:) i was very proud of myself with perfectly clean diet and excercising have 3 months after c section this result. I am big admirerer of any women who handle to b new mon and have discipline to eat well nd find time to excercise because it really takes a lot od discipline and effort:) of course i started to workout home choosing from your excercises. So thank u for motivation and u inspire a lot of women:) keep up a good work
