BodyRock Sweatography: 3 Months of MommyRocking
Inspirational BodyRocker: Lisa Hi Lisa-Marie, I just thought I would share a before and after photo with you. I have a seven year old and a two year old and have been doing the body rock workouts since June. In August I cut soda out of my diets and changed my breakfasts to clean foods. I am very pleased with my results, I have a very tall pullup bar in my house and I was able to pull myself up over the bar for the first time today!
