Hey there bodyrock!
I thought I would like to send in my 30 day catching fire challenge photos. They are for sure not the most drastic ones I have seen being posted. I had my 3rd child 3 months ago and am currently breastfeeding which requires a minimum of 500 extra calories a day. I am a long time bodyrocker and before I got pregnant, I was at my goal weight. A scare during the pregnancy put me out of HIIT and into light exercise. 2 months postpartum I started up again. I have a ways to go and I'm definitely still not happy with my progress, but I'm taking it one day at a time and looking forward to the boot camp challenge coming up.
