Hi Lisa, Freddy, & Sean I have been Bodyrocking off and on since 2007.  I finally decided to stick with it and commit to the 30 day challenge.  I was amazed at the things I could do.  I tell all my friends about your site!!!  My results would have been better if my chocolate addiction didn't rule me! :). But I have since let go of that so I should see more results as I continue.  I am going to do it again until your next 30 day challenge.  I have already started the squats!!!
