BodyRock Sweatography: 50 lbs lighter!!

I started BodyRocking Jan 2012 when my son was 4 months old. (2nd child).... at 220 lbs I was at my heaviest. I have since change my eating habits, continue to bodyrock and hiit 5 times a week, AND now teach zumba 2-3 times a week... but most importantly, I have changed my life, and am a better person, better fiance (getting married this summer if plans stay on course) and a better, happier, more active mom :)
I stopped weighing myself, but at last check up (2 months ago) I'm at 174 lbs, went from a size 16/18 jeans to a now size 10/11.... couldn't wear lulu, to now a size 6..... size xxl/XL to s/m!
Thank you for doing what you guys Do!This is such an incredible lifestyle transformation. Not only did Meg transform her exercise and nutrition habits - she is now teaching and sharing! Fitness has become a PASSION for her! And we're so incredibly proud to be a part of that. Way to go Meg!! If you want to make a transformation like her, you'll need to follow in her footsteps.
