Inspirational BodyRocker: John This sort of goes with the woman that lost 105 lbs in 5 months. In March of this year I looked like the first photo. 254 pounds. I was at a painting project for a family member and this photo was snapped of me. (First photo). I was appalled. I immediately began limiting my calorie intake and began running. I couldn't run 1/4 of a mile with out wanting to die. But I stuck with it. Ate more fruit, drank more water, stopped drinking regular sugar filled sofa... In 5 months I lost 55 pounds, and last weekend I ran my first half marathon (13.1 miles) in 2 hours, 40 minutes. I now look like the second photo. (That was at the completion of the race). It can be done. With BodyRockTV, will power, determination, and encouragement the weight can come off and the fitness level can go up. It's not just about losing weight but becoming FIT!
