BodyRock Sweatography: 6 Months of Hiiting = 20lbs and 2 sizes down!
My name is chelsey, I'm a 30 year old stay at home mom of two, a college student and an 8 year Air Force veteran.
I was in the best shape of my life when I got pregnant with my son in 2006 while active duty. I worked out through my pregnancy and left the hospital in pre-prego jeans. However, I totally caved to laziness during my second pregnancy in 2010. I put on 30 pounds after having my daughter, and didn't make a change until December 2013.
I quit fast food and soda, picked up Herbalife and a healthy diet. I started, BodyRocking, lifting heavy and crosstraining 5 days a week, and didn't refuse any invitation to workout with friends.
I didn't see results for 4 months, but after 6 months I have lost 20 pounds and two pant sizes through lifestyle changes. My goals have evolved from reaching a magic number on the scale to being strong and comfortable in my own skin. Here's my before and after!
