BodyRock Sweatography: 60 Days of Hiit
Inspirational BodyRocker: Sandra Hi there! Here I send you my progress so far, after just 2,5 months of training. I do HITT, body weight exercises and weight lifting, well and Brazilian Jui-Jitsu as well!!! And I obviously I pay attention to my diet, I eat cleaner, and watch the cards! I have a long way to go but I am happy with my progress so far . I hope these photos motivates others, if I can do it, anyone can!!
