BodyRock Sweatography: Down 60lbs with Hiiting & Clean Eating
All be it I may not be ripped yet but working hard at it, went on a mission to lose weight due to having a sleep disorder called sleep apnea which means I stop breathing when I sleep, can cause all sorts of horrible illness. With hard work and eating right I lost over 4 stone in just under 4 months, now I'm all about building and toning my muscle. Pages like yours inspire me, thank you.
