Hey, thought I would send a progress picture. I've used a combination of healthy eating, Insanity, BodyRock, Crossfit, and running. I started out at 255lbs 2 years ago and have made it down to 193lbs as of today. Thank you for your videos, they have been a large part of my recovery from overeating and sedate lifestyle to a healthy view of nutrition and activity. Now I look forward to being outside and active. As a firefighter/paramedic I'm also reducing my chances of a heart attack which is the #1 killer of firefighters.
