BodyRock Sweatography: Abs in 90 Days!
Inspirational BodyRocker: Jen Hi Lisa!!! It's me again... Wanna show you my "evolution".. I've worked out regulary for a couple years but Dec and January were a total fail!!! I ate as a pig and quit Gym for a while (a month and a half), so I got a little fat and I hated myself for that.... but, since january, I got back to my daily workouts and began eating cleaner... I haven't drink sodas for more than 2 years and I don't even feel like missing them.... I reduced the fats, carbs (specially flours), white sugar and red meat... I'm on my way to get the body I've always dreamed of.. but thanks to you, I'm so closer!! I can see the improvements in my body shape.. can you see them too??... Thanks for the support, the motivation, for inspiring me every day and for not letting me quit again.... I feel great with my body, with my health, with my new life-style... eating cleans makes you feel lighter and with more energy... thanks all bodyrockers for letting me be part of this amazing community!!!... I'll send more pics in a few weeks or months... XOXO
