I came across your bloating post, and was a little ashamed of people who made such criticizing and mean comments, particularly about that woman's photos being photo-shopped and such. I commented, offering a suggestion to be supportive and empowering. I, too, have food intolerances and suffer from occasional bloating. I wanted to offer my photos, head not cropped out, to document this issue. Here is a pic showing bloat and a pic a few days later. Please feel free to use them and spread awareness regarding this issue. Thank you for your posts!
