BodyRock Sweatography: Hiiting AND Eating Clean!
Inspirational BodyRocker: Martina The progress is thanks to you, Bodyrock and all other Bodyrockers from where I'm taking all the motivation, inspiration, tricks and tips! The progress I made is simple from Bodyrock HIITing (5x a week) and clean eating (again learnt from Bodyrock and it's guides). Thank you for everything really, this changed all my life and I'm back to my body I had in teens! I don't have 6 packs yet but that's my next goal (I thought this progress will take me 2 years but not at all!) PS: The main changes I started to see was after RTC challenge! Please bring more like that!!! I really can't thank you enough. Lots of love. Way to go Martina! If you want results like her you have to HIIT like her and EAT CLEAN like her!
