3 Years ago, I was in a post-partum depression after giving birth to my 4th child. I was feeling bad in this body transformed by pregnancy and medication. I then decided to get my life back on track. I've found Lisa-Marie videos, who were lasting only 12 minutes, which was suiting well my overload scheduled as a mom. We also modified our meals to make them good and healthy. Even if my training wasn't always steady during those months, I've sticked to the HIIT plan and also add running since last summer (Im planning to do my first half marathon next september). Thanks Lisa! You were always there thru hard times!
