I have been following this page and the post and picture has been a huge motivator to keep me going. I started with constant cardio but now I really enjoy weight training. Its all I do besides bike rides and walks. I do it at home and it is amazing! I love to test my strength. I have really bad knees and have noticed that they don't hurt anymore and I think I'm fining out it is because of the amount of muscles in my body. I love leg days now. I'm in this for life!
