BodyRock Sweatography: Results in 30 Days!!

Hi Lisa! I want to thank you for all that you have done for me just within 30 days! I can't believe these results!!! I gained 60 lbs during my pregnancy and since I've given birth to my son 10 week ago, I've lost 45lbs. (I believe breastfeeding is playing a huge part of this as well.) At the time I started this 30 Day RTC, I was 9lbs heavier, huge muffin top, no core strength what so ever and I couldn't tell where my butt ended and thighs began. Also, my abs separated while pregnant and this challenge really challenged them! It's crazy how much you realize while working out, how important it is to have a strong core! I wasn't able to do a single pushup Lisa! By the time I was on day 30, I can now do 10! (I know that doesn't sound like a lot, but for having separated abs and how hard I worked my a$$ just to do the simplest pushup/plank/burpie I can feel they are getting stronger slowly!) Thanks to this challenge, I've lost fat, gained muscle and can fit into my pre pregnancy jeans again (still a bit tight, but nothing the 21 Day Boot Camp Challenge won't change, I'm sure!) Thank you again; I know I couldn't have gotten these results as fast as I did without your dedication to us bodyrockers! xoxo
